Maxim N. Kolesnikov

In 1997 he founded and headed the juridical agency “The Private Law”, which was reorganized in the collegium of advocates “The Private Law” due to the adoption of the federal statute “About advocacy and legal activity in Russian Federation” in 2003 year. Advocate Kolesnikov was one of the first, who began to take an active part in settlementing of corporative disputes and returning the illegal alienational property. He has great experience in making corporate deals and bankruptcy procedures in mining and smelting field of Sverdlovskaya oblast’ economics. During 9 years successfully carries out protection of the property of clients of the company and represents their interests in courts on all spectrum of judicial and arbitration disputes, including in questions of the taxation of economic activities.  In 2005 in USA he did a practical work according to the questions of juridical business.    He is an Honoured advocate of Russian Federation.

Arkady V. Mayfat

Advocate Mayfat consults clients in questions of protection against intrusion into private life, honour and advantage of citizens and business reputation. Repeatedly took part in the settlementing of disputes about authorship and use of objects of intellectual property and protection of the rights of authors. He is engaged in the sanction of land disputes and the decision of the problems connected with construction and purchase of the real estate. Before he came to the collegium of advocates “The Private Law” had taken part in development of legal base of Yekaterinburg stock exchange and such investment project, as issue of municipal bonds of Yekaterinburg. He had scientific practical work in the University of the State Missouri, Columbia city (1995-1996), and also in the Institute for unification international private law Unidroit (Rome, Italy, 1999).
Has a scientific degree of the doctor of jurisprudence.

Ahtyam A.Davletov

Advocate Davletov specializes on conducting criminal cases in sphere of economic crimes. He has experience in working as an investigator. He is engaged in protection of criminally-pursued persons, since a stage of excitation of case and finishing the appeal of verdicts, arrests and other actions of law enforcement structures. The advocate represents in court interests of the victim, the claimant and the respondent. He carries out protection of the rights of witnesses at their participation in criminal case. Is the skilled expert in working up of an expert estimation of criminally-legal situation and development of strategy and tactics of actions of participants of the case.
He has an academic degree - Doctor of law and professor of criminal process. He is an Honoured advocate of Russian Federation.
